注文番号０１１番で、お客さんが私が売った製品を”Fake”と主張したためアマゾンで出品がブロックされました。
しかし、こちらの商品は間違いなく日本から送った本物の商品です
ブロックされた出品をreactivateしようとおもうのですが、その前に今FBA倉庫にある在庫を一回確認していただくわけにはいかないでしょうか？
偽物ではないとすぐわかると思います
もしくは間違って別の製品のバーコードシールを張っているということはないでしょうか？
一度FBA倉庫の在庫を確認していただけると助かります
One customer claimed that the item with order number 011 was ''fake'' and the listing at Amazon was blocked.
However, this item is definitely authentic that I shipped from Japan.
I would like to reactivate the blocked listing, but before that, is there any chance that you could check the items stored at the FBA warehouse?
I'm sure that you will recognize that they are not ''fake''.
Or I'm wondering if the item may have been attached with a bar-code for some other item.
It would be very helpful if you could check the items stored at the FBA warehouse.
