MC or Material Cert is issued to us by our vendors responsible for supplying our probes, flow sections, sensors. This cert simply contains the percent composition of all the alloys present in the raw material used to fabricate the flow bodies, probes, and sensors supplied to Sierra. The pressure and leak test certification serves the same purpose which simply tells the customer that Sierra performed either a positive or negative pressure test on the sensors to make sure it meets our published allowable working pressure. Whether or not the customer orders this cert, a pressure test is still performed to each sensor to make sure make sure it meets our manufacturing standards prior to shipment.
MC または材料証明書は、私たちのプローブ、流量セクションやセンサーを供給する業者によって私たちに対し発行されるものです。この証明書は単純にシエラに供給される流量計の本体、プローブおよびセンサーを組み立てるのに使われている原材料に含まれる合金の構成比率を示しているだけのものです。圧力テストや液漏れテストの証明書は、同じ目的で作成され、顧客に対し、シエラがセンサーに対し、正圧または負圧の圧力テストを行い、私たちが発表している許容動作圧力値に適合していることを証明するものです。顧客がその証明書の発行を注文するかどうかにかかわらず、圧力テストはそれぞれのセンサーに対し、弊社の生産基準に適合していることを確認するために、出荷に先立って必ず実施されるものです。
