今回の山田さんの件について、ＮＥＣグループに対しての説明が終了したので、その状況を報告します。
１．ＮＥＣ持株会社/ 佐藤・財務部長 ＶＳ ＩＢＭ/ 鈴木

・詳しく説明をしていただき感謝する。
・山田さんの件は、ＩＢＭ内部の問題なので、私はコメントする立場にはない。
・しかし、正直に言えば、これまで双方で確認していた約束が守られなかった事など、いろいろと問題が多かったので、ＩＢＭ Japanとの関係は必ずしも良いものではなかった。
As for Mr.Yamada's case, the explanation to NEC group has been finished, so I will report about the situation.
1. NEC holdings, Mr.Sato, Financial manager, and IBM, Suzuki
Mr. Sato's comment
- I appreciate for explanation in detail.
-As for Mr.Yamada's case, since this is internal issue of IBM, I don't have a responsibility to comment.
-To tell honestly, there are a lot of issues that the agreements both companies had confirmed didn't execute, and the relationship with IBM Japan was not good.
・今後は、鈴木さんがＩＢＭにいる事もあり、更にコミュニケーションを良くすることにより、今回のトライアルが順調に進むことを期待している。そして、最終的に、ＮＥＣグループ全体にＩＢＭのＥＲＰのグローバル・ロールアウトが出来ることになればよいと思っている。
・新しい支配人が、日本のビジネスの進め方を良く理解していることを希望します。
-Mr. Suzuki is working in IBM, and I expect this trial will proceed well by making a better communication from now on.
And, I think it would be better that we lead ERP global roleout of IBM into whole NEC group.
- I would like new manager to understand well how to run the business of Japan.
２．ＮＥＣデル/ 山下・副社長 ＶＳ ＩＢＭ/鈴木
（ＮＥＣデルのコメント）
・わざわざ鈴木さんから丁寧な説明をいただき、感謝します。
・これまで、構築に関しての質問や要望に対するIBMの対応のスピードが遅いことに、不満があった。
・新しい体制では、スピーディーに仕事をしてもらいたい。
・また、現在、買収を進めているマイクロバンクなど、ＮＥＣデルではグローバル化が急速に進んでいる。このため、ＩＢＭのＥＲＰの利用を拡大したいと考えている。大いに期待しているので、頑張ってほしい。
2. NEC DELL/ Mr. Yamashita, vice president, and IBM, Suzuki
(NEC DELL's comment)
- We appreciate that Mr. Suzuki explained that in detail.
- We had a complain that IBM had slow handlings to our question and requirement about the construction.
- We would like you to work speedy in new organization.
-And NEC DELL has rapidlly proceeded the globalization such as Micro Bank that we are going to acquire currently. So, we would like to expand to use ERP of IBM. We expect greatly you to keep working.
