In order to issue you a refund, we will need the delivery to be rejected so that your order is returned to us. If you will no longer be available at that address, please make arrangements with someone there or at the local post office to reject the package on your behalf.
I checked SingPost for you and your package currently says 23/04/2016 Despatched to overseas (Country code: JP). You should be able to contact your local post at this time to reject the package.
Once they confirm the reject the package as Return to Sender, please contact me back and I'll keep an eye on your tracking. As soon as I see updated tracking as returning back to us, I'll be able to refund your order.
