A few things to clarify first:
1) So, should I send you list of the items I would like to buy wholesale
and you will send me the price and shipping charges to London?
2) when you write the invoice amount and the shipping charges on the custom
declaration form outside the package can you please write in
Pound Sterling(£)? I can let you know how much the amount in £ after I pay
in Yen by PayPal.
*You don't have undervalue or write 'gift'.*
This is because the customs in UK make many mistakes when the currency is
not in £ or $ on the package and charge a lot of tax.

(2)税関でインボイスの金額と送料を申告する時は、ポンドで書いていただけますか？PayPalより円で支払いをした後に、ポンドだといくらになるかお伝えします。

これは、イギリスの税関は通貨がポンドやドル以外だと間違いを起こしやすく、税金を多く課税されてしまうことがあるためです。
