I asked Japan Post now and I was told that since the baggage is in Italy they can't ask them to ship it. Therefore it seems the only way is you ask Italian Post to resend it after confirm the tracking number.
I'm not good at Italian language, so I'm using a software for translation to e-mail.

Ho chiesto alle Poste Giapponesi adesso e mi è stato detto che finché il bagaglio è in Italia loro non possono chiedergli di spedirlo. Piuttosto sembra che l'unico modo è che tu chieda alle Poste Italiane di rimandarlo dopo aver confermato il numero di tracciamento.
Non parlo bene la lingua Italiana, così sto usando un software per tradurre le e-mail.
