1) SはDがF's productsを2017年の４月までAmazon.co.jp内で独占的に販売する権限を有することを承認します。
2） 1）の独占販売期間はSとDいずれか一方からの特別の意思表示がない場合は自動的に1年間更新するものとし、その後も同様とする。
3） Sの都合によりDのAmazon.co.jp内の独占販売権限を解除するときは、少なくとも2ヶ月以上前にDに予告するものとする。
最近、Amazonジャパンでは海外メーカー製品の新規登録の審査が厳しくなったようです。
1) S approves D to have exclusive selling right of F's products in Amazon.co.jp until April 2017.
2) During exclusive period of 1), unless either S or D clarifies intention, it will automatically be renewed afterwards.
3) When exclusive selling right in Amazon.co.jp is to be ended due to S's reason, S must inform D in more than 2 month advance notice.
Recently, it looks like new registration review of overseas maker products has been severe in Amazon Japan.
