住所を正しく入力していますが、エラーメッセージが出てしまい、先に進めません。
通常なら、BILLING INFORMATION の項目の下に、SHIPPING INFORMATION や SHIPPING METHOD の項目があるのですが、表示されません。
システムの不具合でしょうか？
早く購入したいので、早急な対応をお願い致します。
以前はこんなことは起こらず、スムーズに購入することができました。

I put the address correctly but error message shows up and cannot proceed.
Normally SHIPPING INFORMATION or SHIPPING METHOD will be shown under BILLING INFORMATION, but it's not.
