I am sorry for the delay, I have asked A for the full itinerary, but they have told me I will not receive it until the 15th of February, just before I leave for B Airport.
All I know that is confirmed is a meeting with A at 10.30 on the Friday morning, 19th.
So I think that it is best for us to plan to meet under your arrangements for an afternoon meeting on the 2nd floor.
Unless I hear from you further, I will make my way to the second floor as soon as it is practical on the afternoon of Friday 19th.
