新たに大きな機械を購入するには資金がいるので、LCの手続きが遅れると仕入れる時にその機械が無くなっている可能性もあります

As we need funds to purchase a new large machine, if we are behind schedule in arrangement of the letter of credit, the machine might be already sold out when we purchase it.
