我々はこの注文の前に、この商品の日本版の在庫があるかバイヤーから問い合わせがありました。在庫がある為にあると返答しております。
その後注文がありましたが、それはアメリカ版でした。
我々はアメリカ版で良いのか連絡をしましたが返答がなく、またバイヤーは早い配送方法を希望しておりましたので、まずは注文通りに送りました。
バイヤーの注文はアメリカ版にもかかわらず、在庫がないとか詐欺とか酷い言葉があります。
我々は大変不本意ですが、明日日本版を再送して対応いたします。
Before this order was made, the customer had asked us if we had the Japanese version of the product in stock. We did have it and told them so.
Then the order came, but it was for the American version.
We asked if they really wanted the American version, but received no reply. As the customer requested that we ship as soon as possible, we shipped the exact product they ordered.
However, even though the customer ordered the American version, they proceeded to claim we lied about having the product in stock and called us terrible names.
While we are reluctant to do so, we will respond to their claims by shipping them the Japanese version tomorrow.
