こんにちは。落札された商品が未着とのことで、下記の日本郵便のサイトで確認したところ、12/29に配送され、あなたがご不在だったようで、配達できず、最寄りの郵便局に保管されていたようです。
その後1/28に1か月の保管期限を過ぎてこちらに返送されたようです。
こちらに商品が届き次第再送することは可能ですが、かなりお時間を要してしまいます。

Greetings. Concerning the order that hasn't arrived to you, I've checked the following Japan Post's and it says the order was delivered on December 29th, but you were absent, so items could not be delivered and were left in the nearest post office.
Following that, on January 28th the storage limit was exceeded so the item was sent back.
Once the item arrives back to me, I'll ship it again, but it'll take quite some time.
The following page has the same item as you've ordered, so I can ship it you instead of that one, if you don't mind. I'll be waiting for your reply.
