パスポートと、弊社の住所が分かるものとしてイギリスのHMRCの書類を提出しました。
「履歴事項全部証明を提出してください」
と日本語で頂戴致しましたので、添付しようとしましたが
エラーで添付できませんでしたので、履歴事項全部証明の日本語、英語に訳したもの
及び日本国内の銀行のBank Statementを提出致します。
全て弊社の住所が記入されていますので
住所の確認は間違いなくできます。
できるだけ素早く確認して頂ければと思います。

I have submitted papers of British HMRC to recognize my passport and the address of our company via link you have earlier gave me.
As I have received "Please submit all identities regarding your personal records." in Japanese, I tried to attach them, but could not do so due to error. Instead I submit all identities regarding my personal records in Japanese and English, and also Bank Statement of Japan domestic banks.
All papers list the address of our company, so you can surely confirm the address.
I hope you could confirm it as soon as possible.
