御社が要求している通り、住所の証明書をアップロードしたいのですが困っています。
現在は引っ越しをしたので、サイトに登録している住所は古いのです。
しかし、現在のところ住所の変更ができないようなので新しい住所を登録できません。
サイトで住所の変更ができるようにしてもらえませんか？
もしくは他に、解決策はありますか？

I want to upload the certification of address as you requested, but there's some problem.
