They said that they've never been received any case that change name and address at one time, so they need to wait the guidance from their manager. It take more time than expected. So that we will get the food additive quite late (We also need to apply for testing it before receive). We now don't sure if we can deliver product for you before holiday or not, even we are trying our best. This holiday will take about 10 days. We apology for that. We also feel terrible because it might make you lose your customer's truth. I suggest that in the case if it's work, I can write an apologize email to your customer.
