じて加盟者に伝えることで、初めて加盟者の成功を支援することができるようになります。

・オーナー（店長）としての心構え、経営に関する項目

1. Preparation・Maintenance for the manual
It is said that franchise is the business which sell the knowhow, but this is the manual which standardize and visualize the knowhow.
You will be able to support the success of conference member for the fist time by making knowhow as manual at headquarters, and telling it to conference member through the training.
