Hello, Sorry to say, but i got the package today at the customs-office. Unpacked it and switched on: Startup-Screen, -then nothing happens. (see pictures)- it freezes right there. Did you remove something? Shouldnt there a fen start running? The sampler remains silent with the splash screen. I kept it on for ca 1h, nothing happend- When was the last time, the sampler really worked? Do you have some manual or advice for factory reset or something? Please advice- otherwise i have to sent it all the way back to Japan and asl for refund.
こんにちは。すみません、本日税関で荷物を受け取りました。開封してスイッチを入れ、スタートアップスクリーンのあと動きません（写真参照）。そこでフリーズしてしまいます。何か取り除いていますか？ファンが動くと思うのですが？サンプルはスプラッシュスクリーンのままです。1時間つけっぱなしにしても何も起こりません。前回動かしたのはいつでしたか？取説や、工場出荷の状態に戻すなどアドバイスはありますか？日本まで返送して返金してもらわなくても済むよう、アドバイスお願いします。
