A及びBは、本契約に定めのない事項が生じたとき、又は本契約の条項の解釈について疑義が生じたときは、相互に協議の上誠意をもって解決に当たるものとする。
以上、本契約の証として、本書２通を作成し、両者が記名の上、各１通を保持する。

Settlement of Dispute
A and B, when matters not described in this agreement happen, or either of them has any doubt about interpretation on the articles in this agreement, will sincerely cooperate each other to solve these problems.
This agreement is duplicated as a proof with both names signed.
Both parties will keep a copy of it.

When the indefinite matters arising in this Agreement or when questions arise about the interpretation of the provisions of this Agreement, A and B must mutually discuss the matter with sincerity.
As proof of this Agreement, there will be two copies of this document and both will sign and keep one copy.
