A及びBは、本契約に定めのない事項が生じたとき、又は本契約の条項の解釈について疑義が生じたときは、相互に協議の上誠意をもって解決に当たるものとする。

A and B, when matters not described in this agreement happen, or either of them has any doubt about interpretation on the articles in this agreement, will sincerely cooperate each other to solve these problems.

This agreement is duplicated as a proof with both names signed.
