EMSが届かず、荷物が受け取れない状態になっています。
VIETTEL POSTで調べても何もでてこないので、VIETTEL POSTの日本の代理店もわからないので、EMSがどこにあるのかもわからず困っています。
EMSが今どこにあるか、そちらで確認してもらえますか？

As I checked on VIETTEL POST, nothing shows and I don't know agent in Japan for VIETTEL POST, I'm troubled because I cannot locate EMS.
