Tシャツにもプリントは出来ますが、現状サイズはポスター用の16x20インチなのでリサイズしなければいけない。
プリント方法にもよりますが、サイズを小さくすると、細部が潰れてしまったり細かいラインが綺麗にプリントされないかもしれません。

データはプリント業者で小さくリサイズはできるはずです。
