商品を大変お待ちいただきお詫び申し上げます。
当方で調査したところ、配送業者がお客様に不在の連絡を行い、その後保管期限が切れたため、当店に荷物が返却になったようです。なお、当店には、返却された荷物は届いておらず、荷物は行方不明の状況となっております。
お客様には大変申し訳ないのですが、商品代金を全額返却させていただきます。

As we investigated, the shipping company contacted you to notify you that you weren't there when they delivered it, and the date was expired then they returned to us.
Also the returning item hasn't arrived here yet and we don't know where it is now.
