それに合わせて税関の受け入れ及び検査を予約しなければなりません。
あと、カートンボックスに記載するコードナンバーの件は確認、了承してもらってますか？
Regarding the contract, as details are specified in Japanese contract it's taking longer for creating contract and checking by governmental organization than I expected.
Therefore this time, I will contract with the document I sent yesterday in which trading terms and conditions are mentioned.
You said you would find out the arrival date of sealing machine by 4th, have you found out?
Please let me know the start date of production of the item, scheduled completion of production and scheduled dispatch date. To go with that, I have to reserve acceptance and inspection at the customs.
Also, have you checked code number to be written on carton boxes and had it approved?
