米国内からの発送でなければ追跡出来ないというのは間違いです
追跡番号は正しいですし、添付画像にもある通り7月24日時点でＬＡに到着していると表示されています
前回も伝えました通り全額返金もしくは同じ商品を再送させて頂きますのでどちらか選んで下さい
商品再送の場合はより安全で早く荷物が到着するEMSにて送ります
もちろん追加料金は必要ありませんし、紛失した荷物の保険請求も我々がしますのであなたは何もする必要がありませんのでご安心下さい
I wonder why USPS told you so.
It is wrong that nothing can be tracked except an item being from America.
The tracking number is correct and it was arrived in LA on July 24 as shown in the attached picture.
As I told you before, I can either make a refund or send a replacement. So please select either one.
If you want me to send a replacement, I would use EMS to send it.
Of course, additional shipping cost is not required. We will make a claim for the lost item and you don’t have to do it. So please don’t worry.
