Thank you for your quick reply after doing some investigation i have discovered that depending the year the camera is made the chip may need updating let me talk to a camera repair company near me to find out and the cost involved it maybe worth it to keep the lens as ive bought it off you at a good price is it ok to come back to you in a couple of days to tell you wheather i am keeping or sending back to you best regards robert
