Your order contains a “direct ship” product. As stated on our product page:
Direct Ship products ship directly from manufacturer 3-5 business days after order is placed.
Cannot be returned unless defective and must be returned within 30 days in exchange for a replacement item.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Deluxe ground delivery only - expedited shipping methods (i.e.: next-day, 2-day, 3-day select, etc.) are not available on these items.
I have requested tracking from the manufacturer. Tracking once made available by the manufacturer will be emailed to you.
