Sorry for my late reply.
After checking with paypal, they said that I don't have enough balance on paypal and therefore I cannot carry out refund process. Many apologies, but kindly give me 3 to 7 days to sort thsi out.
As soon as balance is increased, I will proceed with the refund procedure.
