This item that I ordered was arrived not at the address in Japan which I appointed as the shipping address, but at the address of Florida, USA.
This is your mistake. I paid 127€ as a shipping cost to Japan.
I have to forward it from Florida to Japan by myself.
I want you to refund all the 127€ I paid.
I can't recover the cost unless you refund at least 100€.
I ordered this item around September 6.
But I don't get the order confirmation mail from you, so I have no idea of the order number.
