間違いでした。私はレンズを受け取っていません。先週にはレンズは私の住んでいる市に届いたと思っていました。連絡頂いたトラッキング番号で荷物の配送状況を確認し始めました。確かにレンズは届いたことになっていました。
連絡頂いたメールからのメッセージもありません。電話でもメールでも連絡はありませんでした。
本日、部署はEMCに行くと決めました。そこで私は来るのが遅すぎたのでレンズは昨日送り戻されたと言われました。
私はこのレンズがほしいのです！！！
どう処理したらよろしいでしょうか？もう一度送って頂けないでしょうか？今回は毎日配送状況を確認することにします。
