入場料 1，200円（小学生以下（要保護者同伴）・外国籍（要パスポート提示）の方は無料）

（2）京都岡崎レッドカーペット2015
再整備が完了する岡崎公園で，見晴らし良く快適に過ごせる賑わいと憩いの空間を創出します。
Admission: 1,200 Yen (those who are or younger than elementary school students must be accompanied by their parents). Those with foreign nationality are free but have to show their passport.

(2) Kyoto Okazaki Red Carpet 2015
In Okazaki Park where the redevelopment has been completing, we will create a space where we can have fun and relaxation comfortably in the nice view.
日時 9月19日（土曜日）・20日（日曜日）午前11時から午後9時まで
場所 岡崎公園
・レッドカーペットパフォーマンス（旧神宮道） 午前11時から午後6時まで
レッドカーペットの大空間で，吹奏楽，ストリートダンス，そでふれよさこいなど，様々なジャンルのパフォーマンスを披露します。
・京都特B級ご当地グルメフェスタ 午前11時から午後9時まで
地元京都をはじめ全国から特B級グルメ約30店舗が出店予定。ビールや京の地酒もお楽しみいただけます。
Date & Time: Sept. 19 (Sat) to 20 (Sun) at 11:00 am to 9:00 pm
Place: Okazaki Park
-Red Carpet Performance (the Old Jingudo) at 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
In the big hall on the red carpet, the various genre's performances such as wind instrument music, street dance, Sodefure Yosakoi, etc., will be performed.
-Kyoto Special B-class gourmet festa that features local attractions at 11:00 am to 9:00 pm
About 30 shops of the special B-class gourmet of the whole country including the local Kyoto will be opening. You can enjoy beers and local brew of Kyoto.

（3）岡崎ときあかり2015～あかりとアートのプロムナード～
プロジェクションマッピング（建物の形状に合った映像を照射する手法）により，京都市美術館が色鮮やかに輝きます。
施設の夜間開館や地域の店舗と連携したこの時だけの特別な取組も企画中。

(3) Okazaki Time and Light 2015 - promenade of lights and arts -
Kyoto-shi Art Museum shines colorfully by the projection mapping (a technique to irradiate the picture in accord with the shape of the building) of the art at .
Under planning are the night opening of the facilities, the actions special only for this time in cooperatin with the local store, etc.
環境に優しいLED機材による平安神宮大鳥居のライトアップや，京都市美術館周辺への花灯路の設置により，岡崎ならでは夜の魅力を演出します。

The floodlights on Heian-jingu Shrine Otorii by the eco-friendly LED machine and the flower light road leading to Kyoto-shi Art Museum area produce the charms of Okazaki like night.

5回目となる今回の岡崎ときあかりは，琳派四百年を記念し，映像テーマを「現代の琳派」とします。照射する作品は，京都の学生やクリエイター等を対象とし た映像制作ワークショップを通じて提出された作品や，一般応募の作品を予定しています。また，「岡崎ときあかりアワード」として作品の審査・表彰を実施し ます。

This 5th Okazaki Time and Light is to be held with its picture theme of "Modern Rimpa School (of painting)" in commemoration of 400th anniversary of Rimpa School. The works to be irradiated are planned to be from those submitted through the picture production workshop for the students and the creators of Kyoto and those of general application. Furthermore, the examination and commendation of the work named as "Okazaki Time and Light Award" will be carried out.

昨年に引き続き，京都随一の祝祭空間である岡崎を舞台に，「京都国際マンガ・アニメフェア（京まふ）」，「京都岡崎レッドカーペット」，「岡崎ときあかり」を「京都岡崎ハレ舞台」と総称して同日に開催します。
9月19日（土曜日）・20日（日曜日）の2日間，岡崎エリア一帯で昼夜にわたり賑わいを創出します。ぜひ会場に足をお運びください。
岡崎公園は，再整備により神宮道（冷泉通～二条通）を歩行者専用の空間とし，見晴らし良く快適に過ごせる賑わいと憩いのエリアに生まれ変わります。
Like last year, "Kyoto International Comics and Animated Cartoons Fair," "Kyoto Okazaki, Kyoto Red Carpet," and "Okazaki Time and Light" will be held on the stage of Okazaki, the best festivals space of Kyoto, under the collective title of "Kyoto Okazaki Hare (clear sky) Stage" on the same day.
A large turnout will be created in the whole Okazaki area night and day for two days of Saturday, 19th and Sunday, 20th, September. Please do not miss and come.
Okazaki Park will be reborn, by re-maintenance and making the Jiogu-dori (Reizei-dori - Nijyo-dori) an exclusive space for the pedestrians, as an area of turnout and rest with its good overlook where people can spend their time comfortably.
当日は，その岡崎公園を中心に，動物園や美術館など岡崎エリア内の各施設においても特別な催しや，来訪者に回遊しながら楽しんでいただける周辺店舗等との連携企画を行うなど，地域が一体となって岡崎を盛り上げます！

（1）京都国際マンガ・アニメフェア2015（京まふ）
出版社やアニメ制作会社，放送局，映像メーカー，教育機関などマンガ・アニメ業界を盛り上げる多彩な企業・団体が出展する西日本最大規模のマンガ・アニメの見本市。マンガ・アニメの最新情報がいち早く手に入ります。

2. Main project
(1) Kyoto International Manga & Anime fair 2015 (Kyomaf)
A wide variety of enterprises and organizations such as a publisher, an Anime creation company, a broadcasting station, a filmmaker, an educational institution will exhibit in the largest Manga & Anime show in the Western Japan to live up the Manga & Anime industry. You can get the newest info of Manga & Anime quickly.
