Just to be clear: Feedback needs to be revised BEFORE you ship the item back.
This is a courtesy I am extending to you. It is already after the 14 day return (item was delivered on May 20). Also the return shipping is from Japan and not FL where is was delivered. So, in exchange for a positive feedback and all 5 star ratings I will accept the return and pay $21.00 for international shipping when I receive the item back.
If you don't want to abide by this deal, then don't ship the item back since there will be no refund before feedback is revised to positive and all 5 stars.
