We list these charges on the invoice on collect shipments only…. On
freight “prepaid and add” shipments we include the packaging charges in
the freight amount; therefore you don’t see the handling charges listed
separately, they’re simply added to the actual freight amount to make a
“total freight” charge.
Being that Japan ships parts collect the handling/packaging charges are
listed separately on the invoice.
So we can be pretty sure that there will be a handling charge listed on
invoices for Japan collect parts shipments, but it’s difficult to
accurately and reliably forecast or quote the actual amount; I hope that
works.
着払い発送の場合にのみ、これらの手数料を請求書に載せています・・・・・「元払いとして追加」の運賃については、梱包手数料を運賃に含めています。ですので、別途手数料は記載されません、運賃実費に上乗せして「合計運賃」としています。
日本ではパーツを着払いで発送していますので、取扱手数料、梱包手数料が請求書上別に記載されています。
ですので、日本向けの着払いパーツ発送については取扱手数料として請求書に記載されるはずですが、実際の金額を正確に確実に見積もることが難しい状況です。これでよろしいでしょうか。
