吊り具挿入
コイル材の取り付け
吊り具をスプールの上部の穴に挿入する。
コイル材を吊り上げる。
コイル材をコイル材スタンドまで移動する。
スプール中央の穴をコイル材スタンド軸に合わせ、コイル材をセットする。
スプール固定金具を取り付ける。
ストッパーを取り付ける。
ストッパーのボルトを締め付ける。
吊り具をスプールから抜く。
ホイストクレーンの格納
所定の場所に移動する。
吊り具をフックへ戻す。
周囲に人がいないことを確認してから作業すること。
ストッパーは固定金具を外す直前まで取り付けたままにすること
Insert a hoisting accessory
Install a coil stock
Insert a hoisting accessory into a hole of upper part of a spool.
Pull up a coil stock.
Move a coil stock to a coil stock stand.
Set a coil stock by adjusting a hole of a center spool to a stand axis of a coil stock.
Install a fixing fitting of a spool.
Insert a stopper.
Tighten a bolt of a stopper.
Pull out a hoisting accessory from a spool.
Housing a hoist crane
Move to a specified place.
Return a hoisting accessory to a hook.
Work this after making sure that there is no one around.
Leave a stopper instal until just before a fixing fitting is removed.
