話す内容をあらかじめ整理（メモ書き）しておき、ダラダラ話さない。
理解度を確認するため時には時々質問をしてみる。
朝礼は、１０分以内を心掛ける
突発休みなどの確認をして作業配置を指示する。
不慣れな作業者には、異常時の処置や連絡者等を具体的に指示する。
欠勤が多く生産に支障をきたす場合は上位職制に連絡し指示を仰ぐ。

Confirm any last minute absences and instruct task assignments.
For those workers unsure of their tasks, instruct them on how to handle unexpected situations and provide a point of contact.
If the number of absents increases to the point where production is affected, seek advice from a senior member.
