不具合工程
半完成品（未加工品）を用いてﾜｰｸｱﾝﾛｯｸをさせていた為、完成品と勘違いして混入させた
未加工品は検査カプラが抜けることで検出可能と思っていたが、実際には、抜ける場合と抜けない場合があった。
新工程立上げ時は、他工場・ラインと同等以上となるよう検討していますか？
工程保証は理屈と実際の検証の裏づけで、確認するようにしていますか？

The usual process:
The work is unlocked by using its special masterwork.
The failure process:
Unlocking the work by using the one half-completed (or not processed) led to the failure to mix the incomplete work which was thought to be the complete one by mistake.
Although unprocessed works seemed to be detectable by the inspection coupler dropping out, in fact there were some cases that the coupler does not fall.
Do you check your process to be better than other factories or lines when the new process starts up?
Do you affirm to guarantee the right process with reasonable theory and actual examination?
The assurance of the process in the start of new manufactures will be detected by actual works and reason.
