従来から“この程度のキズは問題ない”と曖昧なまま、流動していませんか？
作り手（製造）側からの立場だけで、外観を判断していませんか？
外観については、限度見本や定量値での管理でないと不良になります
コネクタの嵌合部にろう材が垂れ、相手部品組付け出来ない不具合が発生。
相手嵌合チェックはしていたが、いつも不良はなかった為、いつの間にかチェックが疎かになり、不良（ｺﾈｸﾀ隙間発生）を見逃してしまった。

In CKD parts, damage (scratches, etc.) has occurred on the electrodeposition coating.
Isn't it flowed from the past saying, "this degree of scratch is no problem"?
Isn't the appearance judged from the position of only the manufacturer?
As for appearance, it will be a failure unless it is managed by limited sample and quantitative value.
Failure occurred as follows: brazing filler material flowed on the attachment area of the connector, and the other component cannot be assembled.
Attachment check was done. However it became precarious before they knew. And the failure (connector clearance gap) was overlooked.
