当店でご購入いただきました商品の返品・交換は、未使用（試着を除く）の状態で、商品到着後30日以内に限り承ります。商品返品の際は、商品本体のほか、付属品（タグ、説明書、包装資材など）すべてをご返却ください。
万一、ご購入いただきました商品が初期不良であった場合は、商品到着後30日以内に限り、返品・交換を承ります。商品到着後30日間を過ぎた場合は、修理対応となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
なお、初期不良と思われた場合は、返品される前に当方に連絡いただければ幸いです。
We only accept return and exchange of the item purchased at our shop in unused condition (except for fitting) and within 30 days after the item was delivered. When returning the item, please send the item as well as all accessories (tag, instruction manual, packing material etc).
In case of initial failure of the item you purchased, we accept return and exchange within 30 days after the delivery of the item. Please note that it will be handled as repair 30 days after the delivery of the item.
Additionally, we appreciate that you contact us before returning if you find potential initial failure.
