２月にロスの港湾で発生したストライキの影響で
航空便の貨物の一部に発送遅延が継続しているとのことです。
弊社が米国宛にトラッキング付きで送った荷物に関しても
一部遅れが見受けられます。
そのため、お客様宛に発送した商品に関しても
同様の可能性が考えられます。
５月３日になっても商品が届かない場合は
ご連絡頂きましたら、すぐに返金手続きを取らせて頂きますので

We confirmed with the person in charge at the Japan Post and it seems that because of a February strike in the Los Angeles harbour, there are still delays in shipping a part of an air mail freight.
They assume some of the packages we sent to America with tracking are also being delayed.
Therefore, we think there is a high possibility the same thing happened to package addressed to you.
If by chance the package does not arrive by April 3, please contact us again and we will start a refund procedure right away.
