工業製品の品質の概念は、以前は「規格への適合の程度」であった。
顧客の要求の多様化によって、現在は「要求への適合の程度」に変ってきている。
これは画一的な規格では、それへの適合では必ずしも顧客の満足を得ることはできないからである。
さらに杜会・環境への影響を考慮した杜会的品質の概念が生まれてきている。
即ち、製品およびサービスの品質の良し悪しを定める一般的基準は、規格ではなく、それらが顧客の要求に合致しているかどうかである。
製品またはサービスが顧客の要求を満たしているかどうか。
The former concept of quality of industrial products was "proper degree for the standard."
Now, it changes to "proper degree for the request" because of diversifying customer requests.
This is due to the fact that proper degree for the uniform standard doesn't always imply customer's satisfaction.
Moreover, the concept of social products that take the impact on the society and environment into account is born.
That is, the normal criteria to decide whether the product and the service quality is good or bad is not the standard; the question is: can the product meets with the customer's request?
Can the product and the service fulfill the customer's request?
