銀行にアパートの賃借料を支払うのが、週明けしか行くことができません。
海外送金だと、入金確認まで、2、3日かかりますのでチェックインの際にまだ入金の確認が取れていない可能性があります。
可能であれば、チェックイン時に現金での支払いか、ペイパルでの支払いですとスムーズに行うことが可能です
また、予約時に連絡させていただきましたが、22日の22:00チェックイン、28日の15:00チェックアウト希望ですが、問題ないでしょうか？

I only can go to the bank to pay my apartment rent after the weekends.
If its a overseas remittance, it will takes 2 or 3 days until the payment confirmation, and there is a possibility that it still can not be confirmed until the check in time.
If possible, paying in cash on the time of check in, or paying by PayPal to perform the smooth payment.
And also, I already asked you when I booked, I want to check in on 22th at 22:00, and check out on 28th at 15:00, is that OK?
