Supplier's commencement of work or shipment of goods (whichever occurs first) constitutes acceptance of the University's offer to purchase contained in any University Purchase Order (herein after referred to as a “PO"). All POs and agreements with Supplier are subject to Parts 1 of this Acceptance Form. Any reference to PO in Parts 1 hereof also means and includes any agreement between Supplier and University for goods and/or services. Any proposal for additional or different terms or any attempt by Supplier to vary in any degree any of the terms of this PO in Supplier's acceptance is hereby rejected, but such proposal shall not operate as a rejection of University’s offer to purchase set out in the PO.
供給元の作業の開始または商品の出荷（どちらが先になるにせよ）は、すべての大学の発注書／Purchase Order（以下「PO」という）に含まれる大学の購入申込の承認を構成します。
すべてのPOおよび供給元との契約は、本受理書式のパーツ1の対象となります。
同Parts 1におけるPOとは、また、商品および／またはサービスについての供給元と大学とのすべての契約を意味し含みます。
すべての追加もしくは異なる諸条件の提案、または供給元による供給元の承認における同POのいかなる諸条件のいかなる程度の変更の試みも、これにより拒否されますが、POで提示される大学の購入申込の不認可としての効果は持たないものとします。
