推測しますと交換された跡がありますが、
二つのスイッチは同年代のもので、
パーツはオリジナルもしくは同年代のものと交換？となります。
シリアルは293XXX(全桁をお教えはできませんのでご了承ください)
となります。
またケースもオリジナルですが、金属部が破損している箇所が
ございます。
