Items are shipped after being maintained by an experienced engineer, followed by the inspection by myself.
The operation was confirmed under defined condition in Japan.
However, I don't think that problem would be solved by mutual self-assertion.
If we try to solve the problem through eBay, the only way would be to give you a full refund after the return of the item; this would not be beneficial to both of us because the shipping fee is expensive.
