I have been advised by Lladro that One of the things which is quite important and people sometimes forget is to fill in the Authenticity Code or Sequential number underneath. Note that over the last two years not all the pieces have this number so you will have to fill in the empty field if the piece has this sequential number, otherwise, there is no need to quote the number.
I checked the piece prior to shipping and there is no Authenticity Code on 01008342.
If you wish I can complete another LAP form and post it to you.
