私は6/14にディズニーの商品を注文した。商品が届いて中身の確認をした。
以下、２つの問題があった。
・屋根の一部が欠けている。
・柱２つが取れている。
一体どういう事ですか？何故、商品が壊れないようもっと厳重な梱包をしないのか？
私は今までであなたの店で全部で10品程度は購入している。前回に購入した時は箱が破れていた。しかし、今回は商品が破損している。納得の行く説明を簡潔にしなさい。返品、交換もしくは返金を要求する。返品の場合は返品先の住所を知らせなさい。
I ordered the Disney item on 14th June. When the item was arrived I checked the contents and found 2 problems.
・The part of the roof is broken.
・2 pillars are broken off.
What is going on? Why didn't you securely pack the item to avoid breakage?
I have purchased about 10 items from you. Last time, the package was damaged.
But this time, the item is damaged. Explain to me simply so that I can be convinced.
I request goods return, replace or refund. In case of return, advise us your address for goods return.
