私は新品の商品を購入しましたが、送られて来た商品はマジックの跡があり、部品が一部壊れていました。
セラーに一部返金を求めましたが、返品しろといってこちらの言う事を聞いてくれません。商品は母へのプレゼントとして購入しました。母はそのまま使うといって聞きませんでした。ですので商品は既に使用しています。
妥当な値段以外を返金して欲しいのです。

I purchased a bran-new item but the item sent had felt-pen mark and part of it was broken.
I requested the seller for the refund but they keep telling me to return the item and never follow my request. This item was purchased as my mother's birthday present. She insisted on using it as is. So the item has been used.
I would like the money refund besides the adequate price of it.
