言って聞かせるだけ
言葉では言い表せにくい仕事が沢山ある。
適切な言葉だけを使える人は、極めて少ないものです。
自分の言っている事が、相手に正確に伝わるのは言ったことの半分です。
やって見せるだけ
たいていの作業動作は、真似することさえ難しい。
経験のある人がやればごく普通の動作でも、経験のない人がやるとうまくできないし、大事なポイントを見逃してしまう。
一つの方法だけだと限界があり、相手に教える側の真意が早く、正確に伝わらない。色々な方法を効果的に組合わせることが必要です。
Using words only

There are limitations if you only use one method, and the trainer's true intentions cannot be communicated in a fast and accurate manner.
It is essential to mix various different methods effectively.
