見間違いやすい文字を使った手順書であれば、当然、見間違いによるヒューマンエラーが発生します。
例えば「l」と「1」です。
前者はアルファベットの「l（エル）」であり、後者は数字の「1（いち）」です。
パッと見れば、非常にそっくりな文字に見えますね。
人間にとってはそっくりな文字であっても、コンピュータにとってはまったく別の文字として認識し、処理をします。
特に「O（オー）」と「0（ゼロ）」を見分けるのは、至難のワザです。見間違いよりも、完全にどちらかわかりませんね。
