もし、2月28日までにアメリカの配送会社より回答が得られなかった場合は、一度荷物の受取を拒否して頂き、
日本に返送されたのを確認して、再度、新しい商品をこちらから出荷した方が早いかもしれません。
その場合は、お客様のいとこ様のお名前で再送いたしますので、念の為にお名前と住所をお知らせください。

if we dont get any response from the US shipping company by February 28th, I would like you to decline receiving the package, and make sure that the item has been back in Japan.
Then we will ship a new one. I think that's the faster way.
in that case, I will ship it to where your cousin is so just in case, please provide the name and the address.
