1月19日にシングル「TELL ME」をリリース。
2月9日リリースの「with you feat.Me」は、feat.に謎のアーティストMeを迎え、「テイルズ オブ」シリーズ「テイルズ オブ ザ ワールド レディアント マイソロジー3」のテーマソングとして話題を博す。
8月17日には最新シングル「Connectus and selfish」をリリース。

In January 19, single "TELL ME" was released.
In February 9, single "With You feat.Ma", featuring a mysterious artist Me, attracted much attention as the theme song of "Tales Of The World Radiant Mythology 3."
In August 17, the latest single "Connectus and selfish" was released. The song took a new approach - it is consist of two parts
LIVEや今のBACK-ONをイメージした等身大の曲を表現した。
更に、収録楽曲の「We are... 」がテレビ朝日東北笑顔プロジェクトインフォマーシャルとしてオンエアされる。
同8月17日にリリースされた倖田來未の50枚目のシングル「4 TIMES」にBACK-ONが作曲・演奏に参加した「Poppin' love cocktail feat.TEEDA」が収録され、各音楽番組やa-nationでTEEDA、KENJI03が歌唱で参加。
11月 ICCHAN（Drs）脱退。
The song expressed the image of their live show and BACK-ON itself.
Moreover, the packed song "We are..." will get air-play as an informercial of TV Asahi Tohoku Egao project.
BACK-ON joined its composition and performance of "Poppin' love cocktail feat. TEEDA" and it was packed in Kumi Koda's 50th single "4 TIMES". TEEDA and KENJI03 participated in singing on every music programs and a-nation.
In November, ICCHAN (Drs) resigned.
2012年
5月9日にシングル「Ice cream」をリリース。
朝日放送「今ちゃんの実は・・・」5月エンディング曲となる。
Ice creamは夏を感じさせる爽やかでキャッチーな楽曲で、music clipでは全体の7割をメンバーの演技が占めユーモア溢れる仕上がりとなった。
5月30日に3rdアルバム「Good Job!!」をリリース。
In year 2012;
They released a single, "Ice cream" on May 9th.
It became an ending theme of "Ima chan no jitsuwa..." from Asahi broadcasting corporation in May.
Ice cream is a refreshing and catchy song that makes you feel Summer. The music clip is full of humor and 70% of the contents were occupied with members' performance.
They released a third album, "Good job!!".
2ndアルバムのロックサウンドを突き詰めた作品から一転、POP・ROCK・ELECTRO・HIP HOPなどバラエティ豊かな音楽性を詰め込んだ1枚に仕上がる。
新しいものを吸収し続け、幅広い音楽性を持つBACK-ONの"第2章のSTART"を感じさせる作品となる。
The single came along with variety of music; Pop, rock, electro and hip hop, which was a lot different from the second album filled with rock sound.
It will become a piece that you can feel BACK-ON who keep absorbing new things and have variety of sounds; It is their start of chapter 2.
6月に「Good Job!!TOUR」を東名阪で行う。
3rdアルバム「Good Job!!」と過去の楽曲を織り交ぜ、曲順の中に"ROCK Time"・"ELECTRO Time"・"POP Time"などのセクションを作るスタイルでLIVEを行う。
好きなものは全てやってしまうBANDの多面性を見せつつも、一貫してブレないBACK-ONとしてのメッセージや遊び心を発信したステージとなった。
6月24日の渋谷O-CREST FINAL公演はSOLD OUT
The tour called 「Good Job!!TOUR」 will be held at Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka in June.
The 3rd album 'Good Job!!' is mixed by past songs, there will be sections like "ROCK Time", "ELECTRO Time" and "POP Time" etc. during the live.
They have many faces, do anything they like, that was a performance delivered their solid message with a sense of fun.
